1) Due to the nature of our product we cannot offer a refund. If for some reason your product is corrupted or lost, then a replacement can be offered. Otherwise all sales are final.

2) Cinematic Hip Hop cannot be sold as part of another template collection, sample library, or virtual instrument. Its intended use is for composing work.

3) It is recommended that the audio files be modulated either through pitch, time, or effect to avoid copyright infringement.

4) Composer Starter Packs will not be held responsible for the authenticity of compositions using Cinematic Hip Hop. Any party who uses Cinematic Hip Hop will solely be held liable for any disputes surrounding works that contain this template.

5) Gumroad is the only authorized website that sells Composer Starter Packs. Any other website reselling or distributing Composer Starter Packs freely is unauthorized. (Please let us know if you see our work posted elsewhere)

6) Each template or bundle is authorized for full use with either a single individual or a single company. Purchases made for multiple individuals or multiple companies that are not singularly working together on common projects is unauthorized. One library per person per company.
